Tina knows that her six year relationship with her fiancé Logan is starting to fall apart. Her hope is that moving into a beautiful renovated house in a small Pennsylvania town will help revive their romance. However, since relocating from New York City to the Poconos, strange things have started happening to her. The basement door keeps opening whenever she enters the kitchen, she feels like someone is watching her all the time, and the handsome stranger who sold her the property won’t tell her about his brother who lived in the house before her.

Then there are the dreams that wake her in the middle of the night drenched in fear and desire. As she begins to uncover the reasons why she is being haunted by the previous owner, she can’t help but think that her present is tied to a tragic past. What if the only thing she can do to save her home, and herself, is submit to a ghost and a man who isn’t her fiancé?
